Coca-Cola Expofood 2013


- EXPO FOOD Super Rio – 2012 e 2013 - Riocentro - RJ / Brazil

- Release of the brand “Andina” -  Company headquarters - RJ / Brazil


Work Out Company was responsable, during 02 consecutive years, for building the Coca Cola stand (design and installation ) and for carrying out the launch event of the brand “ Andina Coca -Cola “ in 2013 .

The Expofood Exhibition brings, every year , thousands of business owners and professionals grocery sectors , baking , hospitality, franchising, convenience and restaurant , receiving about 50,000 visitors
in 03 days event.

Creation , assembly and operations in record time were executed with perfection and focus on quality of service in three projects that had a minimum time for realization.

Work Out is the official assembler of this biennial event, responsable for layout, constructive design , organization, operational management, visual communication and technical monitoring of all activity during the 03 days of the fair.

Construction of auditoriums, registration area , medical center , special projects and more than 70 stands in 3600m² area mounted to an estimated audience of 15,000 visitors.

The event is a science fair where we present the project results developed with the support of FAPERJ - Fundação Carlos Chagas Filho Research of the State of Rio de Janeiro .

The FAPERJ Seminar “ science communication “ is also held during the event, in partnership with ABC - Brazilian Academy of Sciences .

CAIXA is a brazilian public bank oriented to economic and social development of the country .
Work Out Events, during many years, has developped a several jobs to CAIXA Federal Economic by its headquarters in Brasilia since
2005, when he organized and did the scenography the “Relationship Dinner “ to the company’s customers with the presence of the athlete motorist Christian Fittipaldi .


Ever since, it was established a long and successful partnership between its publicity agencies such as TBWA , Nova S/B and Fisher America, and several others events organizing companies.


Dinners with Paralympic athletes on several occasions , Crazy by Pan , Mega Sena number 1000 (brazillian lottery) and many other successful activations.



Subway Station - Carioca
Rio de Janeiro


2012 - focusing on sustainability, Work Out Eventos developed a project for an exhibition of Government Companies Eletrobras and Furnas built on Carioca Subway Station at Rio de Janeiro, with appropriate place for users of the transport system to discard batteries, PET bottles, plastics and cooking oil.

The exhibition was open to the public during 20 days in an area of 100m² with 100 % ecological structure and presented the social and environmental projects supported by the two companies , highlighting the size of the paper FURNAS and ELETROBRÁS in the generation and transmission of energy.

The initiative was an offshoot of the participation of companies in the Rio + 20 conference in June 2012 and reached an estimated audience of over 100,000 people throughout the exhibition period .

Company responsible for implementing the National Tourism Policy with regard to the promotion of Brazil through the Ministry of Tourism.

Work Out Eventos develops works to Embratur since 2012 when, at the Rio + 20 event drew up the design and set up the 100% sustainable booth of 200 m². The project was so successful that it was released widely in external and social networking media as greenest booth of the entire event.

From then it was established a successful partnership with doing other work no less important, such as:

- 6 Million Tourists in Brazil in 2013: promotional campaign held at International Airport - Galeão - RJ to receive the tourist
number “6 million” and included the dissemination of the media in news programs, newspapers and social networks.

- CAM - Media Open Center - it was an area to the press (radio booths for live transmission, computers, printers, internet with high performance, locations for interviews and broadcast live) held during more than 30 days to be used by national press and international,
in the Forte de Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro during the 2014 World Cup.
